Artist Statement

I was working in fiber which is time consuming and very expensive. There are several qualities that made fiber work enjoyable and I found i was able to translate them into my jewelry; namely, shapes, textures and color. My jewelry is playful, has movement and is incorporates both texture and shapes. The beads lend color and variation to the three metals that I use (sterling silver, copper and bronze).
