ARTIST STATEMENT The Abiquiú landscapes are as varied as the cultures occupying adobe walls and high desert grounds. Focusing on digital imaging, still and moving, we combine snapshot and composite images into interactive experiences through photography and digital filmmaking. This particluar series draws from sacred places inside ourselves, based on our life expereinces. From the feet of Buddah, to the poses of yoga, to the sittings with the Dali Llama, to sacred landscapes, spaces and objects, to fractiles, we explore our layers of experience.
