ARTIST STATEMENT – My paintings take light apart, revealing the relationships between chromatic greys and prismatic hues as they move through a lattice of geometries, forming and reforming into a natural and cosmic process. I hope to shake up mental inventories of ‘everyday’ banality, and I strive to continuously discover the grand and inexplicable in everything.


My sculpture is based on simple abstract forms like the spiral, the circle and the square.  I hope to simultaneously emulate the natural world and the power of symbolism through their minimal finish and simplicity of form.
